Welcome to the first peer-to-peer Social Fitness App!
The pandemic taught us that we can workout anywhere - LFG is something you can do from home, the gym, work, or outside. It will encourage those who aren’t able to find the time to prioritize fitness into their daily lives to finally get moving. If you’re already crushing workouts, LFG will level-up your fitness and bring more fun to your day!
LFG is a new concept in fitness technology - it empowers you and your peers to design a customizable workout that puts you and your friends in control. LFG is flexible, keeps you accountable, and is always FUN and FREE.
CREATE or JOIN workouts with friends and meet new friends on a social platform geared to all experience levels. No other fitness app invites groups to workout together, challenges and inspires, and enables you to see each other in real time.

CREATE WORKOUTS
Create workouts with friends privately or post a workout to the community and meet new people. Name the workout, select the exercises, set a date and time.. Then, get after it!
JOIN A WORKOUT
Join a private workout (that someone invites you to), a friend’s workout (if you are within the host network of friends) or a public workout where the world is waiting for you to join! Sort and filter the workouts that best suit your needs and wants… we are sure you’ll find an exercise and squad that matches your experience level!
CHALLENGE
Challenge the community by posting a live workout on the feed. Let’s see who the top dog is!

Post your gains on the feed and even share them with your socials! LFG!

LFG’s platform connects the world and inspires us to bond with our peers through fitness. We hope to broaden the fitness industry to those who don’t participate because of life’s daily constraints. Those of you who are already exercise buffs will find a new community that will step up your game.
